Shape Morphing

When I was creating a website I wanted to use flash and dhtml together in one page so I didn't need some anoying popup to display some databased or extern data. But It didn't work right away. Why? Because Flash is a plugin with ActiveX and it's always on top. Then I began looking for a solution on the internet and nobody could say how to do it right. On the macromedia site they gave me a sort of solution but it didn't work as I hoped it would, so i surfed the net over and over again but nobody could give a nice explained example how to do it so I wrote this javascript for you all.
Rollover & out button
First, create a new flash file with whatever you want. Make sure there is a blank scene before the stuff you want secured.Make 2 layers. Name the top one Submit, and the bottom one anything you want, I'll refer to it as Layer1 though. In the submit layer, make your button, just like any button, and perhaps with the word 'Submit' in it. Place the button a bit up from the bottom and slightly left of the center of the movie.
Draggable Mask
First of all you will need to create a movie clip, for arguments sake call it masker with an instance name of masker_mc. by default, I make my masks a circle but seeing as it a movie clip you can even make it a moving mask, to do this, go into the masker editer screen and make any movie or picture you want. After creating the movieclip create 2 more layers but make sure the layer with the mask is o top the layer with the thing you want to mask second and the thing you want to show on top (the "veil") third.
Fading Banner Slideshow
This Adobe Flash CS4 tutorial will teach you how to create a fade in and fade out banner slideshow for your websites. You will need to create seven images that will make up the slideshow images and import them into the Flash CS4 Library then add to the Flash animation document stage.
