Microsoft Word General Formatting
When you paste text from another document or from an outside source, the original formatting is retained. In most cases, you will probably want the text to blend seamlessly into your document. Microsoft anticipated this and has included the Paste Options button. It provides quick access to changing the formatting of pasted text. Find out how to use the button.
