TextBox to show display text for a hyperlink
My problem is that I am making a form that takes data from one table where the field is a hyperlink and I'm putting that hyperlink as a string in a textbox on a form. The problem is that the string displays the value as display name#URL. for example: google#www.google.com. I only want it to display the display name (google). This is the code I'm using

Is it possible to combine a hyperlink with text data in the same textbox. For example, If I wanted to have a field that contains hotel information, and I type the name of the hotel and add a link for directions in the same textbox.
Can one textbox contain both text and hyperlink data? Or would this have to be two different fields?

I have a form that I use to input data into a table. One of the fields in this table is a hyperlink and in that hyperlink field is shows the display name of the hyperlink for example 4201 but when you click it will take you to www.google.com. Is there a way I can use textboxes to be able to put the display name of a hyperlink (4201) and also the hyperlink itself (www.google.com) and save it into one field on my table only showing the display name. Thank you for your time. Any help is appreciated.
note: I also want the display name to be clickable.

Is there any way to display a hyperlink text field as an Icon in a form or report? I have a form with user options that once selected, run specific queries to return data. One of the fields is a hyperlink to the specific file on our network drive. Instead of showing the full link, I simply want to show an icon
In a Report, is there any way to embed a hyperlink within a text box that is pulling data from a field other than the field that a hyperlink is stored in? For example, my current report hasa textbox (txtTitle), and then beneath it another textbox that displays a clickable hyperlink, so the Report ends up looking like:

How to store "Display text along with Hyperlink" in Microsoft Access database, so that when you generate "Forms" from the database table and you click on the that item text , you are actually transferred to the website. And what type of field and Format it will require for this to be. Hyperlink data type field only stores , hyperlink and not display text, can't find a "Format" how to attain so.
I recently converted a large spreadsheet to an access table to allow multi-user entry/access to the data and am having troubles with one column that was a hyperlink in excel.
The column is named "location" and has the full path to the file I am trying to hyperlink to eg.
I set the data type of the column "location" to hyperlink and all the data turned blue/underlined like a hyperlink but the address of each hyperlink is blank. I am having to goset the hyperlink address manually for each file by copying the "text to display" to the "address" field
Is there some code out there I can run to set the address of these links to match the "text to display"
I have a database that I import Excel data into. After importing, the email addresses do display as hyperlinks (the data type is hyperlink, and the text is blue with an underline), and they appear to act as a hyperlink - when I hover, the little pointing finger appears as I click the text.
The problem is that the text is not an actual hyperlink. After it's clicked, nothinghappens.
When I delete the imported hyperlink, and enter it manually, the hyperlink opens an email message and the address is inserted in the To: field.
